Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Slice the onions into rings and separate them.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  6. Coat each onion ring in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Arrange the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Spray the onion rings lightly with cooking spray.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the onion rings.
