Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the egg, then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
