Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken fillet in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
