Delicious mini pecan pies made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
- Place the pie crust circles in the air fryer basket.
- Fill each crust with the pecan mixture.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Ensure the air fryer is preheated for even cooking.
- Check the pies frequently to prevent burning.
- Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
