Crispy air fryer pickles with a crunchy almond flour crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each pickle slice into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  8. Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
