Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Marinate chicken wings in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove wings and reserve marinade.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the reserved marinade.
  6. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce, cooking until thickened.
  7. Place wings in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Brush wings with thickened sauce before serving.
