Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
  4. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip each croquette in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the croquettes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
