Description

Crispy air fryer potato skins topped with cheese and bacon.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out some flesh, leaving a small edge.
  4. Brush the potato skins with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the skins in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes until crispy.
  7. Remove the skins and fill them with cheese and bacon.
  8. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with sour cream and green onions before serving.
