- 1 medium pumpkin, peeled and diced

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine pumpkin cubes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix until the pumpkin is well coated.
- Place the pumpkin cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve warm.
