Description

Deliciously easy air fryer pumpkin pie bites for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form bites and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
