Description
Deliciously easy air fryer pumpkin pie bites for a quick dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form bites and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
