- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, mix raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Adjust sugar to taste based on the sweetness of the raspberries.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra flavor.
