Description

A healthy alternative to traditional pasta using spaghetti squash cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Brush the insides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
