A healthy and easy way to prepare spaghetti squash using an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil on the cut sides and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket cut side down.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands.
- Top with Parmesan cheese if desired and serve.

- Cooking time may vary based on the size of the squash.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
