Description

A delicious and creamy spinach artichoke dip served in crispy air fryer cups.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
  • Use frozen spinach if fresh is not available; just thaw and drain excess water.
