Description
A delicious and creamy spinach artichoke dip served in crispy air fryer cups.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin to form cups.
- Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Use frozen spinach if fresh is not available; just thaw and drain excess water.
