Description

Crispy air fryer spring rolls filled with vegetables and protein.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
  2. Lay a spring roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
  7. Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

  • Use any vegetables you prefer.
  • For a spicier kick, add chili flakes.
