Crispy air fryer spring rolls filled with vegetables and protein.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, add chili flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
