A quick and easy dessert made with fresh strawberries and fluffy cake.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Place the cake pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then slice it in half.
- Layer with strawberries and whipped cream.

- Serve immediately for the best taste.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of strawberries.
