Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix sliced strawberries with sugar and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until smooth and pour into a greased cake pan.
  5. Place the cake pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool, then slice it in half.
  8. Layer with strawberries and whipped cream.
