Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.
- Soak the fries in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the fries dry.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
