Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into fries.
  2. In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over fries.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
