Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the marinated chicken in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- Serve with a side of salad or rice.
