- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well.
- Let the wings marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for doneness; wings should be crispy and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray wings with a little oil before cooking.
- Adjust marinade spices to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
