A quick and easy recipe for Thai peanut chicken fillet made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the peanut sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- Adjust the sauce ingredients to your taste.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
