Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Chopped peanuts for garnish
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- Coat the wings with the peanut sauce mixture.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove wings and toss with remaining sauce.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Let the wings marinate for a few hours for better flavor.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer; it should read 165°F (75°C).
