Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
  4. Coat the wings with the peanut sauce mixture.
  5. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Remove wings and toss with remaining sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Let the wings marinate for a few hours for better flavor.
  • Check doneness with a meat thermometer; it should read 165°F (75°C).
