Description
Crispy air fryer tofu bites that are perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Add the tofu to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the tofu bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the tofu bites and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
