Description

Crispy air fryer tofu bites that are perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the tofu to the bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Place the tofu bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the tofu bites and serve hot.
