Crispy and healthy snack made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions
- Wash and slice the vegetables thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of slices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Experiment with different vegetables and seasonings.
