- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Add the chopped vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes.
- Check for doneness; the frittata should be set in the middle.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you have on hand.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Serve warm or cold.
