- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, mayo
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, grated apple, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns in the skillet.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Use tart apples for better flavor.
- Grate apples just before mixing to prevent browning.
