A quick and easy recipe for making flavorful Asian chicken in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller chicken pieces.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables.
