Ingredients

- 4 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers.
- In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the sliced cucumbers to the mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
