- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken fillet with olive oil, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top each fillet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
