Baked garlic parmesan potato wedges are crispy and flavorful. They make a great side dish or snack.
Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
