Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Dip each chicken tender in BBQ sauce, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
