- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and vegetables; stir to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top; cover and cook until cheese melts.
