Ingredients

  • 8 oz. lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add beef slices; cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
  7. Toss in cooked lo mein noodles; combine thoroughly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
