- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to create the marinade.
- Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef.
- Stir-fry the beef until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli to the pan.
- Continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
