  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Add sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef.
  4. Stir-fry the beef until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add bell pepper and broccoli to the pan.
  6. Continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
