A simple and healthy blackened salmon recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and spices to create a paste.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Make sure the salmon is at room temperature before cooking.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
