Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, almond milk, honey, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
