- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Close the lid and seal the vent.
- Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
