Ingredients

- 1 bunch broccolini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the broccolini and pat dry.
- In a bowl, toss broccolini with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the broccolini in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness and adjust cooking time if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add lemon juice before serving.
- You can also sprinkle with parmesan cheese after cooking.
