Instructions
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork chops.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the pork chops with olive oil.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
