- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and cranberries with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with walnuts before serving.
