Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Add buffalo sauce and mix well.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness. Cook longer if needed.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice preference.
- For extra crispiness, cook in batches if necessary.
