- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Toast sandwich buns in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Spread blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressing.
- Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
- Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately.
