Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté celery, carrots, and onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
