Description
A hearty buffalo chicken soup packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté celery, carrots, and onion until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
