Description
Crispy buffalo tofu made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz firm tofu
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Coat tofu cubes with the dry mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tofu and toss to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and toss with buffalo sauce.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired crispiness.
- Use your favorite brand of buffalo sauce.
- Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
