Description
A quick and easy recipe for caprese chicken made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush chicken fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on top of the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- You can substitute dried basil if fresh is unavailable.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
