Description
Crispy cheeseburger eggrolls made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 package eggroll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, pickles, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper according to package instructions.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange eggrolls in the basket in a single layer.
- Spray the eggrolls with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
