Description

Crispy cheeseburger eggrolls made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 package eggroll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, pickles, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper according to package instructions.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange eggrolls in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray the eggrolls with cooking spray.
  8. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
