A comforting cheesy broccoli sausage and cauliflower casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Add broccoli and cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the sausage mixture with the cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated.
- Leftovers can be stored for up to three days.
