Description

A creamy and cheesy casserole with chicken, rice, and broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
  • Substitute brown rice for white rice if preferred.
  • Add more cheese for extra cheesiness.
