A creamy and cheesy casserole with chicken, rice, and broccoli.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Substitute brown rice for white rice if preferred.
- Add more cheese for extra cheesiness.
