Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Flatten the chicken fillets with a meat mallet.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken fillet.
  5. Roll up each chicken fillet tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Brown the chicken rolls on all sides for about 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Remove toothpicks and slice to serve.
