Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli, soy sauce, and chicken broth.
  5. Mix cornstarch with a little water, add to the pan.
  6. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Serve hot.
